The short version: Nora EV's own website lists two prices. The E30 Eco costs Rs 1,899,999 + GST and the E30 Eco Plus costs Rs 2,099,999 + GST. A range extender (REEV) is an optional extra at Rs 148,000. Nora's site still shows the NEO price as "To Be Announced", and its METRO page says only "Coming Soon". Price lists for these two models have been circulating since mid-October, but Nora has not confirmed them on its own channels, so we treat them as unconfirmed. If you want an EV that can keep up on fast roads, the cheapest options are the Chery Q EV at Rs 5,554,000 and the MG Binguo EV at Rs 5,699,000.
We checked every Nora figure on Nora's official website, nora-ev.com, on 21 October 2026. Prices for other cars come from the makers' sites or Autowheels model pages. Below: the full line-up, specs, the booking rules Nora publishes, running costs, and which buyer each model suits.

What "+ GST" means: Nora's prices exclude sales tax. Its Nora's comparison page also says the prices "do not include taxes, freight, registration and token". Your final cost will therefore be higher than the headline figure. Before you pay, ask Nora for a written quote that shows the GST rate and amount, freight to your city, registration and token tax. Our guide to EV and hybrid taxes in Pakistan explains which EV tax rules are in force now.
The fake price warning: In mid-October 2026, Nora reportedly warned buyers that NEO and METRO prices had not been officially announced and that the figures being shared were unverified. Since then, more lists have circulated, including one described as a dealer price circular. None of them appears on Nora's website, which still shows "Price: To Be Announced" for the NEO. Our advice: do not pay any booking amount for a NEO or METRO based on a forwarded image or message. Ask Nora's head office for a signed price sheet or a Provisional Booking Order first. Nora's contact details are on its contact page.
Nora E30: Eco and Eco Plus
The E30 is the model Nora sells now. Its own blog describes the E30 as an L7 quadricycle. That is a light four-wheeler category with a capped top speed, so it is built for city roads, not motorways. According to Nora's E30 Eco page and E30 Eco Plus page:
- E30 Eco (Rs 1,899,999 + GST): 9.1 kWh swappable battery, up to 120 km of range, 65 km/h top speed, 6–8 hours to charge, digital dashboard. Nora markets it for "City Commuters".
- E30 Eco Plus (Rs 2,099,999 + GST): 15.1 kWh swappable battery, up to 200 km of range, 65 km/h top speed, 6–8 hours to charge, smart dashboard. Nora markets it for "Daily Family Use".
- Range extender (REEV), optional on both: Rs 148,000 extra. This is a small petrol generator that tops up the battery, so you are less likely to be stranded when no charger is around.
Nora's blog gives the E30's size as 2,900 mm long, 1,450 mm wide and 1,600 mm tall, with four seats. That is shorter than a Suzuki Alto. Nora's own posts don't agree on battery chemistry, so ask the dealer to state it on your booking order.
Nora NEO: specs confirmed, price not
Nora's NEO page lists these specs. The price is shown as "To Be Announced".
| Spec | Nora NEO (official) |
|---|---|
| Price | To Be Announced. Awaiting official confirmation |
| Range | 250–300 km |
| Battery | 23.1 kWh, swappable |
| Motor | 4,000 W |
| Top speed | 70 km/h |
| Seats | 4–5 |
| Charging time | 6–8 hours |
| Dimensions | 3,300 × 1,600 × 1,600 mm |
| Features | AC and heater, smart entry and push start, electronic parking brake, four-wheel disc brakes, power windows, reverse camera and sensors |
The NEO is 400 mm longer and 150 mm wider than the E30, and has a battery about 2.5 times the size of the Eco's. Nora says waitlist members get priority access when it launches.
Nora METRO: coming soon
Nora's METRO page says the METRO is "Coming Soon" and invites buyers to request early access. It does not publish a price, battery, range or dimensions for the METRO, so we are not quoting any. Wait for Nora's official spec sheet before comparing it with other cars.
How to book a Nora EV: the official rules
Nora publishes its booking terms on its Nora's policies page and FAQ page. In summary:
- Booking deposit: "up to 20% of the tentative ex-factory price". Nora's FAQ adds that the amount varies by model and trim. Bookings are non-transferable.
- Paperwork: a Provisional Booking Order (PBO). Keep the original, because you will need it if you cancel.
- Payment: by pay order, demand draft or direct online bank transfer, in favour of "NORA EV Private Limited". Never pay into a personal account.
- Delivery: standard delivery is "within 60 calendar days of booking confirmation and clearance of the deposit", provided the balance is paid on time.
- Cancellation: possible before invoicing, by written request with the original PBO. Nora's FAQ says initial pre-bookings are fully refundable up to the final allocation step. Get the refund terms printed on your PBO, because the two pages word this differently.
- At delivery: inspect the car and sign the Delivery Acceptance Form.
Warranty (official): 5-year battery replacement warranty, 2-year motor warranty, 1-year range extender warranty and 2-year whole-vehicle warranty.
Where to buy: Nora's head office and showroom are on Ring Road, Lahore. Its dealerships page lists upcoming showrooms in Faisalabad (Canal Road), Multan (Vehari Road) and Karachi (Saddar).
Running costs: Nora E30 vs a petrol Alto
This is an estimate, not a test. We take Nora's claimed battery size and range, add 10% for charging losses, and price electricity at Rs 60 a unit. For the Alto we use the 20 km/L that Autowheels lists and today's petrol price of Rs 382.02 a litre (see fuel prices).
| Car | Cost per km (estimate) | Cost for 1,000 km a month |
|---|---|---|
| Nora E30 Eco (9.1 kWh, 120 km) | Rs 5.0 | Rs 5,005 |
| Nora E30 Eco Plus (15.1 kWh, 200 km) | Rs 5.0 | Rs 4,983 |
| Suzuki Alto VXR (petrol, 20 km/L) | Rs 19.1 | Rs 19,101 |
If Nora's range claims hold up, an E30 could save about Rs 14,096 a month over an Alto at 1,000 km. Real range drops with the AC running, a full load of passengers and summer heat. Solar charging at home cuts the cost further. Remember that the Alto (from Rs 2,994,861 on Autowheels) is a full car that can be driven on motorways, while the E30 is capped at 65 km/h.
Nora vs other cheap EVs on Autowheels
- Chery Q EV (Rs 5,554,000): about three times the E30 Eco's headline price, but you get a full-size 42.7 kWh battery, 400 km of NEDC range and a car you can drive on motorways (Chery Pakistan). See our Chery Q vs MG Binguo EV comparison.
- MG Binguo EV (Rs 5,699,000): a four-seat city EV with a 31.9 kWh battery and 333 km of CLTC range.
- MG4 EV Urban (Rs 6,949,000): a five-seat hatchback with 43 kWh and 316 km WLTP.
- BYD Atto 2 (Rs 7,290,000): a compact crossover with 45.12 kWh and 380 km NEDC. HUBCO, which co-owns BYD's Pakistan distributor, calls it Pakistan's most affordable electric SUV.
Nora's appeal is simple: it is the cheapest way into a four-wheeled EV with a roof and AC. If you need highway speed, crash protection close to a normal car, or long trips, you'll need a bigger budget. Which Nora suits which buyer
| Buyer | Best pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Motorbike rider who wants a roof and AC for short city trips | E30 Eco | Lowest confirmed price and up to 120 km a charge |
| Family doing school and office runs across the city | E30 Eco Plus | Up to 200 km, so you charge less often |
| Someone without reliable charging at home | E30 with the Rs 148,000 range extender | A petrol generator as backup |
| Buyer who wants more space and range | Wait for the NEO | 23.1 kWh and 250–300 km, but no confirmed price yet |
| Anyone who drives on motorways or between cities | Not a Nora. Look at the Chery Q, Binguo EV or Atto 2 | Nora's models are capped at 65–70 km/h |
Bottom line
The only Nora prices confirmed by Nora itself are the E30 Eco at Rs 1,899,999 + GST and the E30 Eco Plus at Rs 2,099,999 + GST, plus Rs 148,000 for the optional range extender. NEO and METRO prices are awaiting official confirmation, so ignore forwarded price lists until Nora publishes them. We will update this page when it does.
