Nora EV has now announced official prices for its full line up in Pakistan. A circular sent to dealers on 20 October 2026 lists six versions of its three small electric cars, from Rs 1,899,999 for the E30 Eco to Rs 2,899,999 for the Metro Deluxe. The prices took effect the same day.
When we published our Nora EV price guide, only the two E30 prices were confirmed and the Neo and Metro were still unpriced. The circular fills those gaps and also prices the range extender versions of the E30. Here is the complete list and what you need to know before booking.

The E30 and Neo use a 4,000W motor, while the Metro gets a stronger 7,000W motor. Range figures are company claims and real world range will depend on speed, load, air conditioning use and weather.
What the range extender costs
The REEV option adds a range extender, typically a small petrol engine that acts as a generator and charges the battery on the move. On both E30 versions it costs Rs 150,000 more than the matching battery only car, slightly more than the Rs 148,000 mentioned in earlier reports, and it roughly doubles the claimed range.
- E30 Eco goes from 120km to 250km for Rs 150,000 extra
- E30 Eco Plus goes from 180km to 300km for Rs 150,000 extra
If you drive mostly within a city and can charge at home, the battery only car may be enough. If you travel between cities or cannot charge every night, the range extender is worth a look.
The prices exclude more than GST
The circular makes clear that the listed prices are not what you will finally pay.

- Transport from Karachi, transit insurance and other charges are extra
- Prices are provisional, and the price on the date of invoicing is final
- Any change in taxes, duties or exchange rates will be passed on to the customer
The draft Auto Policy 2026 to 2031 proposes a 1 percent sales tax on battery electric cars and 6 percent on range extended cars, but it still needs IMF and cabinet approval, so the GST you pay at invoicing could differ. How booking works
- Booking amount is Rs 500,000, paid through a provisional booking order form
- Payment is by pay order or demand draft in favour of NORA EV Private Limited
- The remaining balance is due one month before delivery
- Delivery is expected 30 to 60 days after full payment
- Cars are delivered on a first come, first served basis
Because the price at invoicing is final, ask your dealer in writing how a tax change between booking and delivery would affect you.
How Nora compares with other small EVs
At under Rs 3 million before tax, every Nora is far cheaper than mainstream electric hatchbacks. These are small city cars with modest top speeds, so they are not direct rivals to bigger EVs, but they are now the most affordable way into four wheel electric driving in Pakistan.
