Master Changan Motors is reported to have launched the AVATR brand in Pakistan in early October 2026, with a rupee list for the AVATR 07 and the AVATR 11. The reported prices run from Rs 20 million to Rs 29 million across five variants. An earlier showing of the AVATR 11, in December 2025, did not include a Pakistan price. The October list is the first set of booking and variant figures in wide circulation.
Those figures come from accounts of the company announcement dated 3 October 2026. A public Master Changan price file was not available to check line by line. Older model cards still describe a later launch, or they still show a lower AVATR 11 number. Treat the October list as reported, and confirm the invoice with an authorised dealer before you pay a booking amount.
The reported price list
The AVATR 07 is reported in two variants. The Max rear wheel drive is Rs 20 million, which is Rs 20,000,000. The Ultra all wheel drive is Rs 22 million, which is Rs 22,000,000. The booking amount reported for both is Rs 4 million, which is Rs 4,000,000.
The AVATR 11 is reported in three variants. The Ultra rear wheel drive is Rs 27 million, which is Rs 27,000,000. The Ultra all wheel drive is Rs 28 million, which is Rs 28,000,000. The all wheel drive Royal Edition is Rs 29 million, which is Rs 29,000,000. The booking amount reported for all three is Rs 6 million, which is Rs 6,000,000.
The reports do not say that these figures include freight, insurance, registration or withholding tax. They should not be read as an on road total in any city. A filer and a non filer can also face a different withholding tax, and that gap is not in the launch list.
What the launch accounts claim about the cars
The same accounts describe both vehicles as battery electric SUVs. For the AVATR 07, the Max rear wheel drive is described with one rear motor at 338 hp and 365 Nm, an 82.16 kWh battery and a claimed 575 km range on the NEDC cycle. The Ultra all wheel drive is described with two motors at 590 hp and 645 Nm combined, and a claimed 545 km NEDC range. Both are said to use an 800 volt system and to accept direct current charging up to 420 kW. That peak only matters if a charger in Pakistan can actually deliver it. Do not assume a local site matches the figure on the spec line.
For the AVATR 11, the Ultra rear wheel drive is described with 308 hp and 350 Nm, a 116.79 kWh battery and a claimed 680 km NEDC range. The Ultra all wheel drive is described at 529 hp and 641 Nm, with a claimed 630 km range. The Royal Edition is described with that same all wheel drive output and range, and with a four seat cabin rather than five seats.
An earlier briefing, when the AVATR 11 was shown without a price, quoted 308 hp and 370 Nm for the rear wheel drive car, not 350 Nm. The two accounts do not match on torque. Range figures are manufacturer test cycles, not a Pakistan road test. A claimed 680 km is not the distance to expect in summer traffic with the air conditioner running.
Where AVATR sits against cars already listed
AVATR is a different badge from Deepal, even though Master Changan sells both. Deepal is the name already on the price directory. The current cards list the Deepal S05 from Rs 9.999 million, the Deepal L07 from Rs 14 million and the Deepal S07 from Rs 15 million, each as an ex factory starting price. The reported AVATR 07 opening price of Rs 20 million sits above those cards. The AVATR 11, from a reported Rs 27 million, is another step up.
Buyers comparing electric and range extended models can start with the Deepal range, the BYD range and the Changan models already listed, then compare cars side by side. The wider new car directory is the place to watch for an AVATR card. A row that still says the price is coming, or that puts the launch later in 2026, has not caught up with the October reports.
What to ask before you book
Ask whether the quoted figure is ex factory or on road, which variant the booking locks, and whether the reported Rs 4 million or Rs 6 million is adjustable against the final invoice. Ask for the delivery month in writing. The October reports do not state a delivery month, a warranty, or a parts plan.
Keep this launch separate from the unfinished Auto Policy 2026 to 2031. A proposed sales tax rate for electric vehicles is still a draft. It is not a discount you can subtract from Rs 20 million this week. The guide to what is law now and what is still a draft is the right split to read before anyone prices a future tax cut into the booking.
