2026 BYD Shark 6 Premium Price in Pakistan

The Shark 6 Premium uses BYD's plug-in hybrid Super Dual Mode Off-Road platform, combining a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with front and rear electric motors and AWD. The system is supported by a 29.58 kWh Blade Battery.

BYD Pakistan lists an NEDC electric driving range of up to 100 km and a combined petrol-and-electric range of up to 800 km. Actual figures vary with terrain, speed, payload, towing, weather and battery charge.

The official Pakistan brochure lists combined output of 321 kW, commonly presented as 436 hp, with 650 Nm of torque. BYD also states a 0-100 km/h time of 5.7 seconds under controlled conditions.

The Shark 6 Premium has AWD with Mud, Sand and Snow terrain modes, 230 mm of unladen ground clearance and a stated wading depth of 700 mm. Its approach, departure and ramp-over angles are designed to support rough-road and recreational use.

The official brochure lists a braked towing capacity of 2,500 kg and an unbraked towing capacity of 750 kg. Towing must follow local regulations and the load, hitch and trailer requirements in the owner's documentation.

BYD lists a tray capacity of 1,200 litres, giving the Shark 6 useful space for work equipment, outdoor gear and luggage. The five-seat cabin also makes it suitable for buyers who need passenger comfort as well as pickup practicality.

Official highlights include seven SRS airbags, a 360-degree camera, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane and blind-spot assistance, a 15.6-inch rotating display and a 12-speaker Dynaudio system.

The Pakistan brochure lists Type 2 AC charging up to 7 kW, CCS2 DC charging up to 55 kW and Vehicle-to-Load capability. V2L allows the traction battery to power compatible external electrical equipment, subject to output limits and safe operating instructions.
